Victoria Beckham, the British designer who built a fashion and beauty business around her own name, has invested more than $3 million in a company linked to a beauty brand being developed by her 15-year-old daughter, Harper.

The money went into H7B Ltd, according to accounts the company filed on Oct. 1 for the period ending Dec. 31, 2025, TheIndustry.beauty reported. The accounts describe the spending as relating to “brand creation.”

H7B was set up on Oct. 22, 2024. Its directors are Beckham and Oliver Samuel Shipton, who is also a director of Victoria Beckham Beauty UK Ltd.

The brand, Harlo by Harper, has not been formally announced. It is planned for 2027, according to WWD.

A broad trademark

A UK trademark application for Harlo by Harper was filed on July 8, claiming a US priority date of June 3. It covers a wide range of products, including make-up, perfume, skincare, sunscreen, haircare, soap and body care. The filing also extends to acne treatments, medicated facial cleansers, antibacterial handwash and hand sanitizer, as well as online sales of beauty products and related items such as bags, brushes and hair accessories.

Beckham first spoke about her daughter’s idea in May on “Aspire with Emma Grede,” the podcast hosted by the co-founder of Skims and Good American. She said Harper had come to her two or three years earlier after having trouble with her skin.

“She said, ‘I really want to create a brand because I know what I want, what I cannot find, and I do not want other people to have to go through what I have been through,’” Beckham said.

A business finally in profit

The investment comes as Beckham’s own company has turned a corner. Her fashion and beauty business reported its first operating profit in 2025, earning £7.3 million after a £1.6 million loss the year before. Revenue rose 15% to £129.8 million.

Victoria Beckham Beauty, which she launched in 2019, has been a growing part of that business. The company said its skincare and fragrance lines expanded last year and that The Foundation Drops more than doubled the size of its skincare business, becoming its second-best-selling product.

The beauty brand is aiming to be sold in more than 300 stores across 15 markets and plans to launch in the Middle East before the end of 2026.

A brand built for Harper would give Beckham a second beauty label aimed at a younger customer than her own, alongside her existing business.
