Nigerian oil tycoon Tein George's Vaaris agrees to buy Shell's Nigeria gas business
Shell has agreed to sell its Nigerian gas distribution business to Vaaris, chaired by Tein George, the oil services tycoon behind Lagos's The George hotel.
