Cameroon is leaning on AFG Bank Cameroon, founded by Bernard Koné Dossongui, to refinance CFA50 billion ($89.4 million) in arrears.
Ivorian banker Jean Kacou Diagou has raised his stake in NSIA Participations to 68.73%, strengthening his influence in Africa’s financial services sector.
Diagou and his family own 61 percent of NSIA Group.
The management expects the company’s balance sheet value to exceed $3 billion by 2026.
The move comes weeks afterTanoe was replaced as CEO of Atlantique Finance.
