Ivorian banker Jean Kacou Diagou has raised his stake in NSIA Participations to 68.73%, strengthening his influence in Africa’s financial services sector.
He transformed Africa’s financial sector by founding NSIA Group, the first Ivorian banking-insurance conglomerate, now operating in 12 countries.
The management expects the company’s balance sheet value to exceed $3 billion by 2026.
The deal is still subject to the validation of the supervisory authorities.
