Court bars expansion at Kenyan billionaire Mohamed Jaffer's Mombasa oil terminal over mangrove damage
A Kenyan court has barred billionaire Mohamed Jaffer's oil company AGOL from new construction at its Mombasa terminal over alleged destruction of a protected mangrove forest.
