DRC prosecutors have opened a corruption inquiry touching the Rawji family, owners of the country's biggest bank, then lifted a travel ban on them.
Mustafa Rawji's Rawbank posted a 9% rise in net profit to $232 million for 2025, with the DRC's largest lender pushing into regional investment banking.
Rawbank was launched in 2002 by the Rawji family, which possesses diverse business interests in the DRC under the Rawji Group.
