Under Peter Ashade, United Capital grew revenue 35% to $43.1 million in 2025. Net trading income surged 176%, and shareholders received $13.2 million in dividends.
Gross earnings surged by 60.87 percent, reaching N28.17 billion ($17.21 million) from N17.51 billion ($10.7 million) in the corresponding period of 2023.
The company’s performance is marked by an 18 percent year-on-year increase in profit after tax to N11.42 billion ($8.73 million).
Ashade said United Capital’s third-quarter performance reflects the group’s ability to deliver sustainable earnings despite the challenging business environment.
United Capital is an investment bank and a pan-African financial services group led by Ashade.

Profit for the six-month period ending June 30 increased by more than 41 percent, from $7.38 million in the first half of 2021 to $10.42 million.
